Sleeping is an important habit to remain functional in thinking and alert in physical movements. If you are lacking the healthy sleep then you are prone to have anxiety, depression, heart problems and road side accidents. Sleeping disorder is the mother of many physical and mental diseases. Unfortunately we are living in a very fast paced and demanding age. Our lifestyles are full of stress, tragedies and depressions. All these negative aspects of modern lifestyles have adverse effects on our lives. For many of us despite having all the comforts of life, healthy sleep has become an unattainable task. Sleep disorders are the features of modern life styles.
Sleeping Disorders
There are many remedies for sleeping disorder; both natural and medicinal. Many medicines are available in the market to cure the sleeping disorders. Rozerem is one of them. It was the very first available treatment for insomnia, a sleeping disorder. Rozerem acts on the body enzymes which are responsible for the regulation of sleeping cycle of our body. Rozerem is not a habit forming medicine, a person who takes Rozerem, does not become dependent on this medicine. Rozerem is mild in its effects. There are some important instruction comes with the package of medicine. To avoid any dangerous results, these instructions should be followed.
Dosing Instructions
Following are some important instructions for appropriate dosage of Rozerem:
1. Rozerem comes with a medication guide, reading and understanding it is very important to take the exact dosage of Rozerem
2. Rozerem is not effective if it is taken with a heavy fatty meal. Fats do not allow our body to absorb the medicine.
3. Ideal time of taking Rozerem is 30 minute before going to sleep
4. If Rozerem does not act well and sleeping disorder remains then ask your Doctor for a revised treatment plan
5. A doctor is the only person who can guide you about the medicine. Self medication is life threatening.
It is better to know if you are taking Rozerem:
1. After taking Rozerem, only sleeping is the allowed activity. Driving or some other activity may lead to an accident.
2. Rozerem may have serve drug interactions with some other dugs. A proper information or knowledge of drug interactions is must to avoid the adverse effects.
3. Rozerem should not be taken with Alcohol or some other anti depression medicines.
4. If you are new to Rozerem, do not perform the tasks which needs higher level of concentration or alertness
5. Rozerem is not tested for Children. It should not be given to them. They may not tolerate it.
Possible Side Effects of Rozerem
Allergic reactions, diarrhea, dizziness, physical fatigue, lack of concentration and decreased sexual drive may be some possible side effects of Rozerem.
